A633 grade D carbon steel material,SA387Gr5Cl2 steel material is suitable for refining and gas treatment in hydrogenation and conversion equipment at high temperature. The maximum thickness of steel plate can reach 250mm. According to different thickness and impact requirements, the heat treatment of SA387Gr5Cl2 steel plate is normalizing plus tempering or normalizing plus rapid cooling plus tempering. By using special smelting method, the content of phosphorus is reduced so that sa387 has high brittleness resistance and good impact toughness at low temperature.
