Chemical composition of EN steel grade S275JR material sheet structural

We have EN steel grade S275JR material new cooperation projects with NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation). Through tender, we got new order about oil tank plates for NNPC, and the tank plates will be used to build large oil tanks. This is not the first time we cooperated with NNPC, but it means much more to us than first time cooperation. 12Cr1MoV alloy plate is widely used in superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical power plant boiler. At 580 ℃, 12Cr1MoV alloy plate still has high thermal strength, oxidation resistance and high endurance plasticity. The production process of EN steel grade S275JR material and 12Cr1MoV alloy plate is simple and the welding performance is good, but it is sensitive to the normalizing cooling rate. Pearlite spheroidization will occur after long-term use of 12Cr1MoV alloy plate at 580 ℃.

In 2018, one of our India customers visit Zhengzhou office building and work shop to discuss carbon steel Q235B grind plate technical request. They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our EN steel grade S275JR material quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.
