S355J2 steel plate ASTM A633 carbon steel plate sheet rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the ASTM A633 carbon steel plate sheet single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.

This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.

JIS g3101:2004 ss540 structural steel angle contains 0.30% carbon and 1.60% manganese, which greatly improves the strength of steel. Compared with ASTM A633 carbon steel plate sheet SS400 and ss490, ss540 has higher strength with yield strength of 400MPa and tensile strength of 540Mpa. High strength makes it popular in applications that require strength but weight is a problem.
