The smelting process is Ca-treated, and should be intrinsically fine-grained steel. The actual grain size is 5 or above.

S355J2G3 is low alloy high strength structural steel, and it is roughly equivalent to GB Q345D.S355J2G3 is a European standard steel with composition of C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.55, Mn ≤ 1.60, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035. The meaning of J2G3 indicates that the delivery state of S355J2G3 steel is normalized, the impact energy at - 20 ℃ is 27J. G3 and G4 indicate the deoxidization mode. EN steel grade S235J0 material, S355J2G3 steel is semi killed steel, S355J2G4 steel is fully killed steel.

In actual processing applications, the processing EN steel grade S235J0 material thickness of flame cutting ranges from 6 to 200 mm, and the EN steel grade S235J0 material cutting thickness can even reach 350 mm by replacing the air pipe and cutting torch nozzle. In order to better improve the cutting quality, the related process parameters will be slightly different when using flame cutting for materials of different thickness. The verticality of the cutting surface processed by the CNC flame cutting machine is generally high, and the slope can be controlled below 2-3°. The characteristic is that flame cutting performs better when cutting EN steel grade S235J0 material with a certain thickness above 10mm.
