EN steel grade S420N material,42CrMo steel plate is an ultra-high strength steel plate, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing steel. The steel is suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds that require certain strength and toughness. 42CrMo steel has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering, and good low temperature impact toughness.

Penetration testing technology is only suitable for detecting surface defects. It uses penetrant to apply on the surface of the steel plate, then wipes the excess penetrant with the cleaning solution, and then smears the developer. The penetrant remaining in the defect is adsorbed by the developing material, so as to observe the shape of the defect and determine the type of defect. In the year of 2015, customer from Peru oil refinery contact with us from Internet. After one month’s negotiation and quotation, they chose us as there supplier of raw steel plate grade ASTM A36. We get an trail order of 300 tons in April. When the first ship arrived, they inspect the steel plate and very happy with the quality we supply. Then they put another 1700 tons order, we sent to them within 90 days. Our company management group visit the customer in the beginning of 2016 and the visit is very successful.

Low alloy high strength steel plate is made by adding a small amount of alloy elements on the basis of carbon structural steel (carbon content 0.16% ~ 0.2%). It has good welding performance, plasticity, toughness and processing technology, good corrosion resistance, high strength and low critical transition temperature of cold embrittlement.
