In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This EN steel grade S690QL material production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate EN steel grade S690QL material size.

In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.

The outer diameter of the hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally larger than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The diameter of the cold-rolled seamless pipe can be 6mm, the wall thickness can be 0.25mm, the outer diameter of the thin-walled pipe can be 5mm, and the wall thickness is less than 0.25mm. The size accuracy of the cold-rolled seamless pipe is higher than that of the hot-rolled seamless pipe, EN steel grade S690QL material.
