The grain size should be controlled in 3-7 grades. The defects such as interlayer, shrinkage, porosity and porosity should be minimized.

A36 carbon steel plate sheet, No.45 seamless pipe belongs to high quality carbon structural steel. The carbon (C) content of No.45 seamless pipe is 0.42 ~ 0.50%, Si content is 0.17 ~ 0.37%, Mn content is 0.50 ~ 0.80%, Cr content is ≤ 0.25%, Ni content is ≤ 0.30%, Cu content is ≤ 0.25%. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of No.45 seamless pipe are 600 MPa, 355 MPa, 16% and 40% respectively. No.45 seamless pipe is used to manufacture high strength moving parts.
