Weathering steel generally adopts the process route of fine material into the furnace-smelting (converter, electric furnace-microalloying treatment-argon blowing-LF refining-low superheat continuous casting (feeding rare earth wire)-controlled rolling and cooling. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact energy of No.45 seamless pipe are 600 MPa, 355 MPa, 16% and 40% respectively. No.45 seamless pipe is used to manufacture high strength moving parts.
