Our 1810mm production line successfully rolled 1.2mm × 1250mm ultra-thin specifications A588 grade B carbon steel plate sheet high strength automotive steel, and the product quality and performance fully met the standards. In recent years, customers have become increasingly demanding for lightweight vehicles. Our company aims at the market and focuses on the development of thin-gauge high strength automotive A588 grade B carbon steel plate sheet steel. Mechanical properties of S355J2+N steel: Yield strength: ≤16mm: ≥355; 16-40: ≥345; 40-63: ≥335; 63-80: ≥325;80-100: ≥315; 100-150: 295; 150-200: ≥285; 200-250: ≥275; 250-400: ≥265. Tensile strength: 450-680MPa.

We cooperated with the Peruvian government for many years. And supply them large diameter steel pipes and pipe fittings to support their Hydropower Station Projects. We do 100% UT, RT, Hydraulic test and so on tests for the A588 grade B carbon steel plate sheet steel pipes. And do PT, MT and so on tests for the pipe fittings. We published "Welding Procedure Qualification report" after production. And our mill will keep the test record in the documentary department for 5 years. If meet any problems in following application, we can check the test record easily and assist to solve problems at the first time.

For ASTM A573 Grade 70/A573 Gr.70 carbon manganese silicon steel plates, our company would issue the original mill test certificate A588 grade B carbon steel plate sheet EN 10204 3.1 for clients when arrange delivery, so that clients can trace the A573 Gr.70 plates origin easily.
