Produce the A514 Gr E steel material with customers requirements

A514 Gr E steel material, Welded pipe plays an important role in modern industrial production and engineering construction, and has become one of the irreplaceable steel pipe products. 45# steel is high-quality carbon structural steel with low hardness and easy cutting. After quenching and tempering, the parts have good comprehensive mechanical properties. 45# steel is widely used in motorcycles and automobiles, especially those connecting rods, bolts, gears and shafts that work under alternating loads, huge friction, usually quenching method to improve its own hardness, wear resistance and service life.

The main raw material of A514 Gr E steel material, hot rolling coil is billet. After heating the billet, the strip made from the coarse and fine rolling mill is cooled to a certain temperature by specific cooling, and then the cooled steel strip is made into rolled steel strip by coiler. But generally, according to the buyer's demand, the manufacturer can further process the cooled steel strip into steel plate or flat coil and other products.

As the thickness and hardness of A514 Gr E steel material increase, the tendency to crack at the cutting edge increases. In order to prevent the A514 Gr E steel material from cutting cracks, preheating should be carried out before A514 Gr E steel material cutting. Special attention should be paid to preheating to make the entire A514 Gr E steel material interface evenly heated to avoid local overheating in the area contacting the heat source. If the whole A514 Gr E steel material cannot be preheated, the partial preheating method can be used instead.
