ASTM A572 Grade 50, used in large-scale construction, RSt37-2 carbon steel plate sheet is an extremely strong alloy with a yield strength of 65,000 psi, an allowable bending stress of 39,000 psi and a future as the high-performance replacement of ASTM A36 steel.

RSt37-2 carbon steel plate sheet, 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion-resistant steel plate belongs to ordinary low-alloy steel and steel for engineering structures; it is a high-strength corrosion-resistant steel plate. The combination of Cu and P can resist atmospheric corrosion. In addition, there are Cr and Ni, both of which are used in stainless steel. 09CuPCrNi-A corrosion-resistant steel plate is used to manufacture structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms, and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in chemical petroleum equipment.

Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. Difference between Q235A steel and Q235B steel plates: in the national standard GB700, the difference between RSt37-2 carbon steel plate sheet, Q235A steel and Q235B steel plates is mainly in the carbon content. In addition, Q235A steel plate does not do impact test, while Q235B Q235B steel plates need normal temperature impact test, V-notch. Relatively speaking, the mechanical properties of Q235B steel plates are better than that of Q235A steel plate.
