S275NL carbon steel plate sheet for wind power project

Our S275NL carbon steel plate sheet pipeline steel has once again helped the construction of the China-Russia East Line Natural Gas Pipeline. During 2017 - 2018, the company successively supplied more than 10,000 tons of high-grade pipeline steel materials for the northern section of the Sino-Russian Eastern Gas Pipeline project, helping the northern section of the S275NL carbon steel plate sheet project to be successfully completed. Now we reload the task and will provide API 5L X80 high-grade pipeline steel for the middle section of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline project.

The density of wear-resistant plate is higher than that of some materials, S275NL carbon steel plate sheet, which makes its hardness larger. The density of steel for wear-resistant plate is 7.85kg/dm cubic. After quenching, martensite structure is obtained and tempered at 450-600℃, or 350-600℃ after tempering at 650℃. Or after tempering at 650℃ and heating at 350-650℃ for a long time, the wear-resistant plate will be embrittled. If the brittle wear-resistant plate is reheated to 650℃ and then cooled quickly, the toughness can be restored, so it is also called reversible temper brittleness. High temperature temper brittleness is the increase of the transition temperature from toughness to brittleness.

S275NL carbon steel plate sheet, A572 Grade 50 steel with the thickness range is 1.2-600mm, the width range is 1220-4200mm, and the length range is 5000-18000mm. Also note that the A572 Grade 50 steel coil thickness should not exceed 25 mm. For A572 Grade 50 steel, the C element content is 0.23%, the Si element content is 0.4% max, the Mn element content is 1.35% max, the P element content is 0.004% max, the S element content is 0.05% max, the V element content is 0.06%, the Ni element content is 0.015%, the Co element content is 0.05%.
