Flame cutting uses the high temperature generated during the combustion of iron oxide to cut carbon steel SA709 grade 50 carbon steel plate sheet. The design of the flame cutting torch provides sufficient oxygen for burning iron oxide to ensure a good cutting effect. The CNC flame cutting machine is a mechanical equipment mainly suitable for the cutting of medium and thick plates. Compared with other similar thermal cutting methods, the CNC flame cutting machine has the characteristics of high cutting quality, good cutting surface perpendicularity, and large cutting thickness.

We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel SA709 grade 50 carbon steel plate sheet sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment. The customer gave very high comments to our product and service quality, as well as fast delivery.

Chemical composition of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate: Carbon C: 0.08-0.15; Silicon Si: 0.17-0.37; Manganese Mn: 0.40-0.70; Sulfur S: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035; Phosphorus P: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035; Chromium Cr: 0.90-1.20; Nickel Ni: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030; Cu: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030; V: 0.15-0.30; Mo: 0.25-0.30.Delivery status of SA709 grade 50 carbon steel plate sheet, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel plate: delivered in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non heat treatment status, and the delivery status shall be indicated in the contract.
