S355J2 steel plate SM570 carbon steel plate sheet rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the SM570 carbon steel plate sheet single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.

We have built solid cooperation with Myanmar Navy since 2015, starting from a try order about 412 tons LR AH36 shipbuilding steel plates. Myanmar navy builds frigate every year and book shipbuilding steel materials from us regularly. This time, the Myanmar navy’s local representative visit us and put another order about 2025 tons LR grade A steel plates. According to clients requirements, we arranged SM570 carbon steel plate sheet SGS inspection for the LR grade A steel plates before shipping and send them inspection report.

S355J2+N steel plate belongs to the European standard low alloy structural steel grade. S355J2 steel is equivalent to Q345D grade. Mechanical properties of S355J2+N steel: Yield strength: ≤16mm: ≥355; 16-40: ≥345; 40-63: ≥335; 63-80: ≥325;80-100: ≥315; 100-150: 295; 150-200: ≥285; 200-250: ≥275; 250-400: ≥265. Tensile strength: 450-680MPa.
