2559 ton JIS SM490YB plates Alloy steel pipe to Vietnam

The company celebrates Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Opening. In October 23th, 2018, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province. The HZMB is a 55-kilometre (34 mi) bridge–tunnel system consisting of a series of JIS SM490YB plates three cable-stayed bridges, an undersea tunnel, and four artificial islands. Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the world’s longest sea-crossing bridge connecting Hong Kong, Macao, and Zhuhai—three major cities on the Pearl River Delta.

Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. In 2018, one of our India customers visit Zhengzhou office building and work shop to discuss carbon steel Q235B grind plate technical request. They have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing for Q235B grind plate. As a result, they purchase 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. After using the gind plate, the India customer has good comment on our JIS SM490YB plates quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

The hot rolling method is to heat the JIS SM490YB plates steel material to about 1000 ℃ ~ 1250 ℃ and use the rolling mill to roll it. The traditional hot rolling process is generally divided into the following two steps: the first step is to use the primary rolling mill or billet rolling mill to roll the ingot, billet or continuous casting billet into a certain shape and size of billet.
