We received new order from Myanmar's Navy. It is about SA514 Gr P steel material AH36 marine grade steel plates, which will be used to build ships. This is the third time we supplied marine grade steel materials for Myanmar's Navy. This time a new delegation team came to visit us and spoke highly about our production lines and our marine grade steel plates performance supplied SA514 Gr P steel material to Myanmar's Navy before. As a result, they purchase SA514 Gr P steel material 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. And have good comment on our quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

SA514 Gr P steel material, 30CrMnSiA steel has good machinability, small processing deformation and good fatigue resistance. If 30CrMnSiA steel is used to make a tool, it is processed to the tool shape by rough machining. Mill the cutting edge with a cemented carbide milling cutter and polish it with a polishing machine. There should be no problem for the surface roughness reaching 3.2. 30CrMnSiA steel has high strength, sufficient toughness and good hardenability after quenching and tempering. After quenching and tempering, 30CrMnSiA steel can be used for grinding wheel shafts, gears and sprockets.
