3965 tons ASTM A514 steel material Seamless pipe to Egypt

We received new order from Myanmar's Navy. It is about ASTM A514 steel material AH36 marine grade steel plates, which will be used to build ships. This is the third time we supplied marine grade steel materials for Myanmar's Navy. This time a new delegation team came to visit us and spoke highly about our production lines and our marine grade steel plates performance supplied ASTM A514 steel material to Myanmar's Navy before. Both of us expects a pleasant cooperation.

When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials ASTM A514 steel material. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

We supply 5800 tons A53 Gr B ERW pipes to Qatar for Qatar Integrated Railway Project - Green Line. This is the first Metro Line in Qatar, and it is located in Doha. We got the order by tender, launched by the Qatar Railways Company for designing, construction and completion of Green Line Project. Before putting order, a delegation from the ASTM A514 steel material project side visited us and several other famous steel pipe mills in China for 15 days. Finally, we were chosen and finished the task exceeding their expectations.

Last year, the technicians in the automation department of BBN STEEL closely combined the needs of the production line, based on the big data platform. It has successively developed more than 10 industrial software such as intelligent boiler combustion system, equipment full life cycle system, and integration of environmental protection management and control, which provide efficient and intelligent support for comprehensive support of high-end production line production and lays a solid foundation for high-quality development.
