In the first quarter of 2020, the output of EU steel pipe industry decreased by 13.3% year-on-year, but it is considered to be flexible due to its close connection with the EN steel grade S275J2 material construction industry. However, demand for large welded pipes is expected to remain weak in the oil and gas industry. In 2020, the steel consumption of steel pipe industry will account for 13% of EU EN steel grade S275J2 material steel consumption market. Uestf predicts that in 2020, the output of steel pipe industry will continue the downward trend of 2019, with a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%, and a rebound of 9.8% in 2021.

When talking about our team, it is hard not to mention our QC department (Quality Control). We have built strict qualitycontrol system to guarantee the steel quality. During the steel materials production, we have strict monitoring measures and indicators, and ensure no chemical composition, mechnical properties and so on technical problems for the steel materials EN steel grade S275J2 material. After production, our QC department will conduct another inspection regarding to the steel quantity, dimension, mark and so on points before delivery.

BBN steel had provided Grind plates for more than 15 years for widely applied in equipment, Engineer machinery etc. In 2018, one of our India customer visit our EN steel grade S275J2 material office and work shop to discuss Q235B Grind plate technical request, they have strict surface and thickness tolerance, and they also request UT and MT for testing. As a result, they purchase EN steel grade S275J2 material 179 tons as trial order for first cooperation. And have good comment on our quality. Till now, we keep exporting around 100 tons per month as regularly.

First to determine the welding methods, such as hand arc welding, submerged arc welding and tungsten argon arc welding, melting polar gas shielded welding machine, and so on are very many different kinds of EN steel grade S275J2 material welding method, can only be chosen according to specific situation, determine the welding method, and make welding process parameters, different kinds of welding process parameters, such as manual welding mainly includes: electrode model (or brand) diameter, current, voltage, welding power source type and polarity connection, welding layer number, number, inspection method, etc.

The cold working performance of EN steel grade S275J2 material and so on steel structure engineering steel is good, which can ensure that the steel will not crack or brittle fracture during high-temperature processing, and will not have a great impact on strength, plasticity and toughness due to processing. The durability of EN steel grade S275J2 material and so on steel structure engineering steel is good. Durability refers to the service life of steel structure. The main factor affecting the service life of steel is the poor corrosion resistance of steel, followed by the deterioration of mechanical properties of steel under long-term load, repeated load and dynamic load.
