High hardness high tensile JIS SM400A plates weight

In actual processing applications, the processing JIS SM400A plates thickness of flame cutting ranges from 6 to 200 mm, and the JIS SM400A plates cutting thickness can even reach 350 mm by replacing the air pipe and cutting torch nozzle. In order to better improve the cutting quality, the related process parameters will be slightly different when using flame cutting for materials of different thickness. The verticality of the cutting surface processed by the CNC flame cutting machine is generally high, and the slope can be controlled below 2-3°. The characteristic is that flame cutting performs better when cutting JIS SM400A plates with a certain thickness above 10mm.

The Peru customer has cooperated with us since April 2015, and then they purchased 300 tons A36 mild steel plates as trial order. Since then, they book more than 1000 tons from us every time, and about two times every year. They asked SGS test every time. Through our cooperation those years, we have built very good relationship and they entrust us to buy other related JIS SM400A plates products for them from China also. And they have introduced us good customers in Peru, among which there are also governmental projects. It is a win-win cooperation between us.
