High quality SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet application and usage

SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet, Hot-rolled steel coils are made of steel billets, which are made into strip steel by the rough rolling mill and the finishing mill after heating. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.

Since March 20, 2020, the export tax rebate rate of some steel products in China has been increased. According to statistics, the export volume of SA283 Gr D carbon steel plate sheet and so on steel products within the adjustment scope in 2019 is 18.888 million tons, accounting for 29.4% of China's total steel exports; the export volume is 14.05 billion US dollars, accounting for 26.1% of the total steel exports. The adjustment will be conducive to the export of some steel products in China and reduce the purchase cost of foreign customers.
