SA283 grade C carbon steel plate sheet delivered to Georgia

On the morning of October 13, 2019 Zhengzhou International Marathon gave opening shoots in the Ruyi Lake, CBD, Zhengdong New District. Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the SA283 grade C carbon steel plate sheet quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After SA283 grade C carbon steel plate sheet quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.

Main characteristics of 12Cr1MoV Steel: compared with 12CrMoV steel, 12Cr1MoV steel has higher oxidation resistance and thermal strength. The creep limit of 12Cr1MoV steel is very close to the endurance strength value, and it has high plasticity under the condition of endurance tension; the processability and weldability of 12Cr1MoV steel are good, but it needs to be preheated to 300 ℃ before welding, and stress removal treatment after welding. 12Cr1MoV steel is widely used in Superheater, header and main steam pipe of high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical utility boiler.
