Jspl announced plans to build a 2.5-million-ton-a-year SA572 grade 60 carbon steel plate sheet steel plant in the ramga region of the Indian state of Jharkhand. It is reported that the company has a wire mill, a bar mill and a steel service center in the region. The new steel plant is expected to be put into operation in two to three years. The completion of the new SA572 grade 60 carbon steel plate sheet steel plant will be conducive to its integration and elimination of backward production capacity.
