SA387 Gr 11 Cl 1 steel has high brittle resistance, and also has good impact toughness in low temperature environments. It is suitable for refining and gas treatment in hydrogenation reaction and conversion equipment at high temperature. The maximum thickness of St52-3 carbon steel plate sheet products can reach 250mm. According to different thickness and impact requirements, the heat treatment of A387 Gr 11 Cl 1 plate can choose normalizing and tempering or normalizing and rapid cooling and tempering.

The proportion of main elements in Q345 steel is basically the same as that in 16Mn steel, the difference is that V, Ti, Nb microalloy elements are added. A small amount of V, Ti, Nb alloy elements can refine the grains, greatly improve the toughness of the steel, and greatly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel. Because of this, the thickness of St52-3 carbon steel plate sheet, Q345 steel plate can be made larger. Therefore, the comprehensive mechanical properties of Q345 steel should be better than that of 16Mn steel, especially its low temperature properties. The allowable stress of Q345 steel is slightly higher than that of 16Mn steel.

The Egypt customer ordered 130 tons St52-3 carbon steel plate sheet stainless steel plate in stock, and this batch has left port today for its destination today(October 25th, 2019). 316l stainless steel is molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. This material has better corrosion resistant property than 304/314L for it's higher Ni and Mo content. (it is considered to be marine grade stainless steel, not suitable for warm sea water treatment). 316L austenitic stainless steel supplied by our company has good formability and weldablity, additionally it is proved to have excellent properties of tensile, creep and stress-rupture strengths in elevated temperature environment.
