When the S460ML carbon steel material, wear-resistant steel plate is produced, relevant heat treatment must be carried out, and then forging and processing are carried out after preheating. When the wear-resistant steel plate is heat treated, the temperature should be properly controlled. The heating temperature of the wear-resistant steel plate is 810-830 degrees, and the holding time depends on the furnace loading method. Tempering temperature: 320 degrees, sufficient time is necessary, oil cooling after tempering to reduce temper brittleness.
