The chemical and mechanical properties of A633 Gr C carbon steel plate sheet

Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the A633 Gr C carbon steel plate sheet quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After A633 Gr C carbon steel plate sheet quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.

The advantages of A633 Gr C carbon steel plate sheet, hot-rolled clad plates are thin-gauge clad plates of 6, 8, and 10mm thickness. Under hot continuous rolling conditions, it can produce clad steel coils, reduce production costs and meet more user needs. Under the current technical conditions, the hot rolling process cannot directly produce titanium, copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metal clad plates. In summary, the two very different production processes have their own characteristics, and exist and develop at the same time to meet the vastly different needs of different users.
