The difference between SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet and Q235B
Plasma cutting has a wide range of applications. With different working gas, it can cut various kinds of metals that are difficulty to handle by oxygen cutting. Plasma cutting is fast and efficient when cutting metal with small thickness. The SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet cutting speed can reach more than 10m/min. Plasma cutting can get a clean, neat, non stick slag cutting surface, while the deformation and thermal effect of the incision are small, its hardness change is little, and the cutting quality is good.
The development of modern high-strength steel, SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet is a process of gradually reducing the carbon content. The reduction of carbon content is beneficial to increase the toughness of steel on the one hand, and can significantly improve the welding performance of steel on the other hand. For large-scale steel structural parts with complex forces that require higher toughness and welding performance, a carbon content design of ≤0.10% is usually adopted.
We have very professional workshops for thin plates/ coils, SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet, medium and general thick plates. And also special workshop to produce thick plates that thickness is more than 300mm. we produce the steel plate include carbon and low alloy high strength steel plate, shipbuilding and offshore platform steel plate, boiler and pressure vessel steel plate, weather resistant steel plate, pipeline steel plate, alloy steel plate, automobile structure steel plate, and gas cylinder steel coil etc.
Myanmar's demand for SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet steel products is likely to exceed 3 million tons in 2020 and 5 million tons by 2025, according to seaisi. However, Myanmar's producers are unable to meet domestic demand, so the country's steel products are more dependent on imports. In 2019, Myanmar imported more than 1.9 million tons of SA633 grade E carbon steel plate sheet finished steel, including 57% of long products, 13% of uncoated hot-rolled and cold-rolled flat products, and 30% of coated steel. In order to reduce its dependence on imports, Myanmar plans to increase its steel production capacity by building and expanding steel mills.
