Converter steelmaking: The furnace body of the converter can be rotated, and the steel plate is used as the outer shell, and the refractory is used as the inner lining. Converter EN steel grade S355J2 material steelmaking does not require additional heating, because the molten iron is inherently high temperature, and it still continues to generate thermal oxidation reactions (from silicon, carbon and oxygen in molten iron).Because no more fuel is needed for heating, energy consumption is reduced.

Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size. Our square tube full available range is 2-16mm for wall thickness, and 40-500mm for width. In addition, our Q/C department will seriously control all of the process of every order.
