We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product EN steel grade S275JR plates annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

The visual inspection (VI) or visual detection method is to scan the surface of the steel plate through a machine vision system (CCD line camera), convert the captured target into an image signal, and send it to a dedicated image EN steel grade S275JR plates processing system, which converts it into a digital signal based on pixel distribution and brightness, color and other information. The system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the operation of the equipment on the spot according to the result of the discrimination. Visual detection method can achieve online high-speed detection for the EN steel grade S275JR plates steel plate.
