What is the USt37-2 carbon steel material flaw detection process

In the USt37-2 carbon steel material technological transformation project, pollution control facilities have been built synchronously, and a large number of comprehensive utilization projects, such as comprehensive sewage treatment and recycling project, blast furnace gas waste heat and residual pressure power generation, have been invested and constructed.

Q345qCNH grade is a weather-resistant structural steel for bridges. Bridge steel grade is Q345qC. It is produced by the standard GB / T714-2014. Weather-resistant bridge plate Q345qCNH is a kind of structural steel plate for bridge. Add a certain amount of alloy elements, such as P, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, etc. to the steel to form a protective layer on the surface of the metal substrate to improve the atmospheric resistance corrosive steel.

USt37-2 carbon steel material, NM series wear-resistant plates combine high hardness, high strength and high toughness, suitable for those severely worn occasions. The high wear resistance of the wear plate extends the service life of dump truck bodies, excavator buckets, crushers and similar equipment. The hardness of the wear-resistant steel plate is obtained through an effective quenching process. This method can not only achieve higher hardness, but also maintain a lower alloy composition in the steel. The produced wear-resistant plates are easy to machine, twist and weld.

For USt37-2 carbon steel material, wear-resistant plate, the change of temperature in production and processing will directly affect the properties of the whole plate, so the effect of isothermal treatment of wear-resistant steel plate has been studied all the time. The results show that the continuous cooling transformation curve, microstructure, phase and similar structural phase of wear-resistant plate also change under different heating temperature.

The tensile strength of A36 steel plate is 58-80 Ksi (about 400-550MPa), and the yield strength is 36 Ksi (about 250MPa); the tensile strength of Q235 steel plate is 370-500 MPa, and the yield strength is 235MPa; the tensile strength of SS400 steel plate is 400-510MPa, and the yield strength is 245MPa. For the mechanical properties of USt37-2 carbon steel material, SS400 steel plate and Q235 steel plate, the thickness of steel plate is less than 16mm. It can be seen from the above data that ASME A36 and Chinese Q235 are named after the yield strength of the material, while SS400 is named after the tensile strength of the material.
