What tests need to go through in the Q390D carbon steel plate sheet production process

Normalizing is to heat the steel parts to 30~80℃above the critical temperature for a period of time. Then the parts are taken out of the furnace and cooled in air. Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized Q390D carbon steel plate sheet are higher than that of annealed Q390D carbon steel plate sheet, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of Q390D carbon steel plate sheet is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.

The company's logistics adopts the method of cooperation with logistics companies. As a third-party logistics company is engaged in the operation of multiple logistics projects, it can integrate various logistics resources, making the logistics operation cost relatively low and the logistics operations more efficient. Thus we can provide more professional logistics services, while also focusing on our core business of steel materials.

We have 4 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes. SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm-3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Product Q390D carbon steel plate sheet annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

Q355B steel and Q390D carbon steel plate sheet steelBoth Q345B and Q355B are low alloy steels. The difference is that the yield strength of Q345B low alloy steel and Q345B low alloy steel is different. In Q345B low-alloy steel, q represents the yield strength of this material, and the latter 345 represents the yield value of this material is around 345mpa. Q in Q355B low-alloy steel also represents the yield strength of this material, and the latter 355 indicates that the yield value of this material is around 355mpa.
