WStE380 carbon steel plate sheet, 40Cr material is a common machinery manufacturing steel under GB/T 3077-2015 standard. After tempering, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity. The hardenability of steel is good. It can be hardened to Ф28-60mm during water quenching and Ф15-40mm during oil quenching. The cutting performance is better, when the hardness is HB174 -229, the relative cutting workability is 60%.

16MnDR steel plate is suitable for low temperature pressure vessels manufacturing. Grade 16Mn- indicates that the content of manganese (Mn) in the steel plate is relatively high, about 1% -1.6%, D- indicates low temperature, R- indicates pressure vessel. (Normally, when the content of a certain chemical element in steel is high, it needs to be marked in the material, for example, 1.6% manganese is written as 16Mn; certain elements such as Cr and Mo are higher, written as Cr1, Mo1, Such as 12Cr2Mo1R.) The normal delivery status is normalized delivery (Normalized).

The WStE380 carbon steel plate sheet stainless steel 2250 mm wide coil mill has advantages such as adapting to difficult-to-deform steel grades. The Liuzhou Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Leveler project designed and supplied by MCC South is equipped with the latest straightening and leveling process (LTP technology) developed by MCC South. T11 steel is a steel grade produced according to American Standard ASTM A213. T11 steel is used for boiler, superheater and heat exchanger tubes with minimum wall thickness. Chemical composition of ASTM A213 T11 steel: C 0.05-0.15, Si 0.50-1.00, Mn 0.30-0.60, P, S ≤ 0.025, Cr 1.00-1.50, Mo 0.44-0.65. Mechanical properties of ASTM A213 T11 steel: tensile strength ≥ 415 Mpa, yield strength ≥ 170 Mpa, elongation ≥ 30%. The main ASTM A213 steel pipe grades are A213 T11, A213 T12, A213 T22, WStE380 carbon steel plate sheet, etc.
