Yield strength of EN steel grade S420N material

Our company's EN steel grade S420N material power boilers, heating furnaces of double bars, double high lines and medium and thick plates all adopt heat storage technology, which can fully use blast furnace gas; the ladle baking, Maerz active lime kiln and medium and thick plate heat treatment furnace all burn converter gas, which can improve the EN steel grade S420N material utilization rate of secondary energy and realize negative energy steelmaking in steelmaking process.

In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This EN steel grade S420N material production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate EN steel grade S420N material size.
