And the performance of 45Mn2 steel after heat treatment is better. 45Mn2 steel can be used as parts under higher stress and wear conditions, such as universal joint shaft, axle, connecting rod cover, friction plate, etc. The performance of 45Mn2 steel after heat treatment is better than No. 45 steel and worse than 40Cr steel.
