Steel plates for oil and gas pipelines: X42 (L290), X46 (L320), X52 (L360), X56 (L390), X60 (L415), X65 (L450), X70 (L485), X80. Executive standard: API -5LB (L245). The volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in the metallographic structure is more than 50%, the macro hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400-1800. Because of the vertical distribution of carbides in the wear direction, the wear resistance of the cast alloy with the same composition and A514 grade Q steel material hardness is more than twice as that of the cast alloy with the same composition and hardness. Compared with several typical materials, the wear resistance is as follows: (1) compared with low carbon steel; 20-25:1 (2) with as cast high chromium cast iron; 1.5-2.5:1.

The Peru customer has cooperated with us since April 2015, and then they purchased 300 tons A36 mild steel plates as trial order. Since then, they book more than 1000 tons from us every time, and about two times every year. They asked SGS test every time.
