Q420B material is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel. SA572 Gr 42 carbon steel material, Q420 is not high-strength steel, it is still low-carbon steel. Its tensile strength has been improved a bit. The tensile strength of Q235 steel is 235MPa, and the tensile strength of Q420B steel is 420MPa. Q420B low alloy steel has high strength and good fatigue resistance; high toughness and low brittle transition temperature; good Cold forming performance and welding performance; has good corrosion resistance and certain wear resistance.

NM400 wear plate is widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery and other product parts. Such as excavator, loader, bulldozer bucket plate, blade, side blade, crusher liner, etc.. NM400 wear plate is also commonly used as high-strength structural steel with yield strength ≥ 800MPa. The main function of NM400 wear plate is to provide protection in places or parts where wear resistance is required, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment.

In 2013, one of our clients in Korea purchased 890 tons Q345B square tube from us for one building construction project. Our clients required no burr in the side of the tube, we finally produce the goods with great condition and +/-0.25mm tolerance for wall thickness, which is a very great tolerance with customers’ required size.
