1500 tons A514 Gr B steel material stainless steel plate to Tunisia in 2017

Our 1810mm production line successfully rolled 1.2mm × 1250mm ultra-thin specifications A514 Gr B steel material high strength automotive steel, and the product quality and performance fully met the standards. In recent years, customers have become increasingly demanding for lightweight vehicles. Our company aims at the market and focuses on the development of thin-gauge high strength automotive A514 Gr B steel material steel. The research and development personnel adjusted the product composition based on theoretical calculations and drawing on other experiences to meet customers' higher requirements for automotive steel yield strength and tensile strength.

Our company will set up a full-time service engineer for the project, who is responsible for the interface and coordination of technical support and after-sales service of the A514 Gr B steel material project. In response process of customer service center, in case of technical support and after-sales service demand, the user shall contact the full-time engineer of A514 Gr B steel material customer service center, and the technical personnel will give corresponding answers and on-site treatment according to the needs of users.

In year 2015, we supplied 950 tons S355J0 angle steel to Egypt government. We have cooperation with local government for more than 3 years. Every year, they would order more than 3000 tons of A514 Gr B steel material steel from our company.

S355J2 steel plate A514 Gr B steel material rolling process is controlled rolling process. In the rolling process, the ingot rolling temperature is 1000-1050℃; in the first stage, the low-speed and large reduction rolling process is adopted, the high-temperature stage is 950-1000℃, the rolling speed is 1.6-2.0m/s, the A514 Gr B steel material single reduction rate is 15-20%, and the cumulative reduction rate is 40-45%, so as to ensure sufficient deformation of ingot. In the first stage, the start rolling temperature is 910-930℃, and the finish rolling temperature is ≤ 870℃.

Special boiler steel is derived from carbon structural steel. The chemical composition of boiler steel is basically the same as that of high-quality carbon structural steel of the same level, but the A514 Gr B steel material steel mechanical property requirements are more strict, especially for impact toughness. And the aging sensitivity is required to be small. The boiler steel should be deoxidized and the non-metallic inclusions should be removed during smelting. The structure should be uniform. The grain size should be controlled in 3-7 grades. The defects such as interlayer, shrinkage, porosity and porosity should be minimized.
