900 tons A514 Gr Q steel material shipped to Sri Lanka

Participating tenders with clients is part of our A514 Gr Q steel material business. Every year, we support a lot of clients to win tenders and supply steel materials to their govenment progects or state owned enterprise. Until now, we have built A514 Gr Q steel material long-term cooperation for many govermental departments of different countries such as Peru, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Egypt, Qatar, etc.. And we have built certain influence and credibility on the International market.

Since the foundation of the company, the Spring Festival Gala is an annual activity held at the end of the year. Now it is a part of the BBN company culture to enrich the employee's life. The annual Spring Festival Gala in 2019 was held on January 20, 2020. In 2014, we offered 175 ton Cold rolled stainless steel plate to Thailand. The A514 Gr Q steel material products are from TISCO. Here is the MTC that we offered to customer. We have our own quality team. Our quality team will inspect every order before shipment for customer. Normally, we will test the chemical composition, thickness, width, and length. BBN Group's first blast furnace blast dehumidification system: The project started construction on May 2 and began trial operation on August 28. All data are balanced and stable, blast furnace output indicators have improved significantly, and the daily dehydration capacity of the two blast furnaces is as high as 124 tons, with a daily increase of about 200 tons A514 Gr Q steel material, and the blast furnace is running smoothly.

The A514 Gr Q steel material processing performance is good. Due to the uniform control of steel plate performance, excellent performance coordination and good toughness guarantee, the steel plate bending processing, drilling, cutting and other mechanical processing properties are excellent. In addition, the surface of the A514 Gr Q steel material steel plate is smooth and beautiful by inhibiting and removing oxide scale from slab heating to rolling process and heat treatment in furnace without oxidation atmosphere.
