With the increase of temperature, the yield limit of Q235C carbon steel material will decrease monotonically, but the tensile strength of Q235C carbon steel material will rise to a high peak value at a certain temperature, and then decrease. This peak temperature is called the blue brittleness temperature of Q235C carbon steel material. Near the blue brittleness temperature, the Q235C carbon steel material strength increases and the plasticity decreases. The elongation and section shrinkage of Q235C carbon steel material increase with the increase of temperature, but there is a low peak at the blue brittleness temperature. The blue brittleness temperature of low carbon steel ranges from 200 ℃ to 250 ℃. The blue brittleness of low alloy steel is not obvious as that of low carbon steel, and the blue brittleness temperature is higher.

S355J2G3 is low alloy high strength structural steel, and it is roughly equivalent to GB Q345D.S355J2G3 is a European standard steel with composition of C ≤ 0.20, Si ≤ 0.55, Mn ≤ 1.60, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.035. The meaning of J2G3 indicates that the delivery state of S355J2G3 steel is normalized, the impact energy at - 20 ℃ is 27J. G3 and G4 indicate the deoxidization mode. Q235C carbon steel material, S355J2G3 steel is semi killed steel, S355J2G4 steel is fully killed steel.
